Bob has been appraising property in the metro Atlanta area since 1972. In addition to being Chief Appraiser for Savings & Loans institution, Bob has been on many committees on technological aspects for appraisers. He is certified teacher for pre-license and post license real estate classes as well as for appraisal pre-license and post license.

KC Bassham has been a real estate trainer, instructor, and broker in Ohio for over 15 years in a addition to being a National Real Estate Investment Speaker. She currently teaches pre-license, post license, and the 2-day cram course.
INSTRUCTOR: MICHELLE KINES (CERTIFIED NEW HOMES SPECIALIST) (LICENSED INSTRUCTOR)
Michelle has been a realtor for several years and has worked strictly in new home sales. She was a Top Producer in new homes sales before becoming the new homes director for American Realty Professionals. As the New Homes director, Michelle is responsible for the proposal, presentation, marketing, and overall coordination for multiple subdivisions as well as coordination of developments from land acquisition to lot sales. Michelle received the certified new homes specialist designation and she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the course.
INSTRUCTOR: CURTIS YORK (LICENSED INSTRUCTOR) (ABR) (CBR) (GRI) (C-CREC)
Curtis received his Georgia real estate license in 1994 and is currently licensed as a broker in both Georgia and North Carolina. In 2002 he was approved as a prelicense, broker and continuing education instructor. His experience varies from managing, selling, and listing residential real estate to commercial, property management, investment properties, and consultation transactions. He currently teaches pre-license and continuing education courses at Kennesaw State University, the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, and The Georgia Training Center. |
